Dr. Abdul Majid Abdullah obtained his medical degree from University Malaya in 1987 and furthered his training in the field of Anaesthesiology with a Master of Anaesthesiology, obtained from the same university in 1995. He is a life member with the Malaysian Society of Anaesthesiologist, Malaysian Society for Study of Pain and Academy of Medicine. Dr Majid is an active speaker and key opinion leader in the use of Sugammadex for the reversal of Neuromuscular blocks, Total Intravenous Anaesthesia and the use of Supraglottic Airway in Anaesthesia, both locally and internationally.
